We're getting ready to release our latest Click Learning
update on Wednesday. Here's a quick look at what's coming, including a range of
improvements designed to make managing training, reporting, and learner records
even simpler.
What's Coming:
Improved MFA setup experience
- Users
setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will now have the option to
log out from the setup screen, making it easier to restart the process if
needed.
Clearer learner course progress
- Managers
will benefit from an improved course view, bringing learning progress and
assessment results together in a clearer, easier-to-read layout.
Faster session management
- The
Add Sessions screen has been updated to load more efficiently, helping you
find and assign sessions more quickly.
More control over refresher periods
- When
setting a course refresher period to "None", existing due dates
will remain unchanged whilst marking the refresher period on current allocations to "None".
Accuracy and reporting improvements
Activity Report enhancements
- The
"Include Child Groups" option for sessions has been restored and
will once again display the correct data in Activity Reports.
Optional course due dates
- Managers
will once again be able to update due dates for optional courses directly
from the learner course view.
Improved export accuracy
- We've
made improvements to learner exports to ensure identification numbers are
displayed more consistently and accurately.
Enhanced compliance reporting
- Further
improvements have been made to compliance report exports to provide a more
complete and reliable reporting experience.
Training Matrix accuracy updates
- We've
refined how session-only topics are calculated within the Training Matrix,
improving the accuracy of compliance information and learner records.
Anything to watch out for?
- No
known issues at the time of writing.
