We’ve been listening to customer feedback (we hear you!) and are making a couple of important updates to simplify your Click Learning experience. We have two improvements to share with you around assessments and sessions.

These changes will go live on April 21st. We'll be sharing further guidance on this update by email and also on our regular Wednesday drop-in sessions.

1. Online course assessments

We’re simplifying things by bringing back what worked best for you. The team have heard customers' thoughts and are returning to a more streamlined assessment setup (by no longer using SCORM assessments).

This update will also include:

• a cleaner, more modern assessment interface
• a more straightforward learner experience
• improved usability across online courses
  
  

2. Sessions and refresher tracking

We’re also improving how Sessions are managed in the Training Matrix, making it simpler and more accurate.

What’s changing:

• the system will no longer create placeholder refresher sessions and bookings automatically
• refresher dates will be calculated using the learner’s last completion date and the course refresher period
• a new Track Training option will make it easier to record completed in-house training
• customers will benefit from a cleaner matrix, fewer duplicate records, and less confusion around overdue training
