We've been busy making Click Learning even easier to use for learners, managers and administrators. This update includes improvements to course management, learner communications and course allocation, along with a few bug fixes to keep everything running smoothly.
Administrators can now choose how far in advance courses appear as "Due Now" for learners.
Instead of using the same timeframe for every organisation, you can now tailor this setting to better match your team's training requirements throught the Managing Courses feature. This provides greater flexibility when planning mandatory learning and refresher training.
We've fixed an issue where a course due date disappeared once a learner started the course.
Due dates will now remain visible throughout the learner journey, making it easier to keep track of upcoming deadlines and stay compliant.
For organisations with access to multiple course bundles, allocating learning is now much simpler.
Managers and administrators can now view all available courses in a single list without needing to switch between bundles. This makes allocating training faster and reduces the number of steps required when managing learning across larger course libraries.
Organisations can now decide whether learners receive Click Learning platform news and update emails.
System Administrators can manage this setting at organisation level, helping ensure communications are aligned with organisational preferences. Learners will be able to see whether these updates are enabled for their organisation.
We've fixed an issue that could occasionally cause compliance percentages to display incorrectly within the Training Matrix.
Reporting should now provide a more accurate reflection of learner compliance, giving managers greater confidence in their training oversight.
We've also introduced several background improvements to support course subscriptions, course bundle management and platform performance. These changes help ensure learning records remain accurate and up to date as organisations grow and adapt.
