Our latest Click Learning update is now live. This release includes enhancements to Training Matrix reporting, improvements to compliance accuracy, and easier access to key wellbeing and reward resources, all designed to make managing learning a little simpler.

Improved visibility for training due dates
Updates to the Training Matrix mean training due today is now displayed more clearly, providing a more accurate view of learner compliance and upcoming training requirements.

More accurate compliance reporting for session-based training
Completed session sign-offs are now reflected correctly in the Training Matrix, giving administrators greater confidence that compliance reports match learners' actual training records.

Clearer course records and compliance reporting
We've resolved an issue that could cause certain courses to appear more than once in the Training Matrix. This provides a cleaner view of training records and helps ensure compliance information is easier to interpret.

Training Matrix compliance accuracy improvements
We've made further improvements to compliance calculations and learner activity reporting, helping ensure Training Matrix data remains accurate, reliable and up to date.

Course selections are now retained during searches
When using the managing courses feature, selected items will no longer be cleared when updating or removing a search term. This makes bulk actions more reliable and reduces the risk of accidentally missing courses.

Improved learner deactivation process
To help maintain accurate learner records, a reason must now be provided when selecting "Other" as the reason for deactivating a learner.

Clearer role management controls
We've introduced additional safeguards around user role assignment to ensure users can only create or assign roles that fall within their permitted level of access.

Quick access to Rewards and Wellbeing
Flourish Rewards and Flourish Wellbeing will now automatically appear in the left-hand menu, helping users access key resources with fewer clicks and without needing to open the Product Launcher. Users can still unpin these items if they prefer.
