RESOLVED eLearning not loading - 02/02/2024 update 14:56

When you view the eLearning it says
"It looks like the webpage at might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

What we are doing about it:
Our technical partner has investigated and identified an issue caused when our website domain was transferred to a new hosting provider last night.  They are working to urgently address this configuration issue and we hope to have the learning back up and running as soon as possible.

Progress update:
Thank you for your patience whilst we work on this.
Our technical team are updating the domain certificates and waiting for them to register.
The main website is now fully operational and they are working on certificates for the subdomain which the elearning is hosted on.

Progress update:
We are continuing to work flat out on this.
Further investigation has highlighted a rare configuration issue related to hosting content on AWS.  We are confident that this is the source of the issue and are exploring a variety of potential fixes, including rolling the domain back to the previous hosting service if possible.

Progress update:
We are rolling back the configuration to link to our previous service and hope to have the eLearning displaying soon.  This may take a little while as once the changes are made it takes time for them to be recognised on the overall WWW.

Progress update:
The domain nameserver has been rolled back to the old service and we are waiting for this change to take effect.  We are hoping that this won't take too long but in some instances this can take several hours or more.

Just as I hit update the changes have now worked and the eLearning is now displaying correctly again.

Progress update:
Most people should now be able to take the learning without any issues.  However, we are receiving some reports that there a still a few who are not seeing the update.  Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to speed up this process.  Please do keep checking every 30 minutes or so until your device picks up the changes.
