Overview
This update is all about making reporting clearer, access
more consistent, and learning time more accurate. We’ve also tidied up a few
admin tools and made some behind‑the‑scenes updates to support two‑factor
authentication.
In short: things should feel smoother, smarter, and a bit
less “why won’t this thing work today?”
Here’s what’s new.
What’s Improved
Clearer and More Accurate Reporting
The export
to CSV for sessions now includes a field for topic, making it easier to
understand what learners have actually been working on.
Compliance
reports now calculate overdue dates correctly — fewer surprises and easier
tracking.
Weekly
manager digest emails now only show the learners you’re actually
responsible for. No more mystery people appearing in your inbox.
The “Learning
time track” report is now calculated directly from SCORM data, giving a
more accurate picture of how long learners spent on courses.
Better Access and Admin Tools
Anyone
with the Admin role can now edit learner course data and add observations
without needing full account access. A small but mighty quality‑of‑life
win.
New
certificate option: learners can now receive a “Knowledge Only”
certificate when observations aren’t required. Handy for theory‑only
sections.
Smoother Navigation and UI Fixes
The
Account dropdown now scrolls properly, even on smaller screens.
Review
Tags now show the full list of linked courses.
Pinned
apps in the sidebar actually open now. We agreed they should probably do
that.
If
your session expires while trying to download a certificate, you’ll now be
guided to log in again instead of silently wondering why nothing happened.
The
Flourish Wellbeing icon has been updated to match the correct branding.
New Features
Smarter Group Filtering
A new toggle allows you to automatically include all child
groups when selecting a group in Activity Reports.
Turn it on, and any linked groups will be added for you — much easier for large
care services with complex team structures.
More Useful Activity Report Exports
Exports now include the Topic Title, giving you clearer
context when reviewing learning across your service.

Stronger Security and MFA Support
System Admin updates

A refresh of the system settings page will allow
you to edit the default settings for your
courses. This will also include updating the refresh period, which will in turn
update all existing learner bookings at the same time.
Sessions updates

We hear you!
Sessions are too complicated if you just want to track training your
staff have completed. Soon, setting the
refresh period for the topic and one simple upload will do it all. No more pending sessions or future bookings to
confirm. One simple upload and you can be on your way.
