This release focuses on giving managers clearer reporting, smoother signoff options, and a simpler learning experience for staff across all care settings.

All Updates in This Release:

● New signoff override option

A subject that normally needs an observation can now be exempted in specific situations. 

These are reviewed on request to make sure training quality stays high.

● Date filters added to the Training Matrix

You can now filter by the date a course or session was assigned, making compliance checks 

more accurate and easier to manage.

● Date filters added to the Courses and Sessions Activity Report

Administrators can now review learner activity based on assignment dates, helping with audits, 

inspections, and team reviews.

● Pre-assessment pop-up removed

The old message that appeared before assessments has been retired. It was no longer needed

as learning now picks up where you left off without extra buttons.

● Dashboard now updates correctly when switching accounts

No more stale data or misleading information — what you see now matches the account you’re 

in.

● Refresher periods no longer reset themselves

Editing a session will no longer cause refresher periods to default back to three months.

● Sign-off behaviour improved where Automatic Sign Off is enabled but no observation is 

required

The system now handles this situation cleanly, preventing incorrect signoff prompts.

● Flourish Rewards login issues fixed

Manually reactivated learners can now log in again and access discounted voucher options 

without any fuss.

● Login screen updated

The new image now matches the Flourish Wellbeing look and feel, bringing everything in line 

visually.
