We've released another round of improvements to help you manage training more efficiently, improve reporting accuracy, and make day-to-day tasks a little easier.

What's new and improved

Clearer learner course progress

• Managers can now view Learning, Assessment, and Observation progress separately when reviewing a learner's course.
• This provides a clearer picture of progress and achievement in one place.

Faster session allocation

• The Add Sessions screen has been improved to load more efficiently.
• Finding and assigning sessions is now quicker, particularly for services with a large number of sessions.

More flexibility when managing optional courses

• Managers can now update target dates for optional courses directly from the learner course view.
• This makes it easier to keep learner records up to date.

Reporting and accuracy improvements

Sessions Activity Report improvements

• The Include Child Groups option has been restored and now displays results correctly in the sessions view.
• Group filtering has also been improved to provide a smoother reporting experience.

Clearer course status information

• Activity Reports will now display a dash (-) instead of "Optional" when a course has been completed.
• This helps make course information easier to understand at a glance.

Improved export accuracy

• Learner exports have been updated to ensure identification numbers are included consistently.

Enhanced compliance reporting

• We've made further improvements to reporting accuracy to provide a more complete view of compliance information.

Training Matrix improvements

• Updates have been made to improve the accuracy of compliance calculations for session-based training.
• This helps ensure learner compliance information is displayed correctly.
