We’ve made a range of improvements to help you manage
training more smoothly, keep reporting accurate, and make everyday tasks a
little easier.
What’s new and improved
More flexibility for Admins
- Admin
users can now submit Track Training directly, making it quicker and easier
to keep session records up to date without needing extra steps.
Better insight into course feedback
- We
now record when feedback is submitted, giving you clearer visibility on
learner engagement and course quality over time.
Compliance reporting made simpler
· The Compliance Report export has been updated to
provide a more streamlined and user-friendly view of your compliance data.
Learner deactivation tracking
- You
can now record why a learner is being deactivated.
- This
helps with auditing, reporting, and understanding trends in your service.
Front-end improvements
Sessions are easier to edit
- When
editing or copying a session, the Topic field now automatically populates
to show the topic this session is attached to.
Safer updates to refresher periods (Managing Courses)
- Refresher
periods can no longer be changed accidentally.
- Any
updates now require confirmation, helping prevent unwanted changes.
Course feedback reminders for learners
- Learners
will now see a friendly prompt to leave feedback once they complete a
course.
- Once
done, the prompt disappears – simple and tidy.
Optional deactivation reasons for managers
- When
deactivating a learner, you can now choose a reason from a list or add
your own. You can choose to skip this if unnecessary.
