Click Learning – Patch Notes (10 June 2026)
Here’s what’s new in Click Learning. As always, we’ve
focused on making things clearer, faster, and less frustrating for busy teams
across care services. And yes… a few bugs have been gently shown the door.
What’s improved
Signing in – no more login errors
- Some
users were getting stuck at login if their account had changed behind the
scenes.
- This
is now fixed, and any affected accounts will automatically sort themselves
out.
- In
short: you should be able to log in without any unexpected surprises.
Time display – now shows the correct UK time
- Times
across the system (like training completion and time tracking) were
showing an hour out.
- Everything
now reflects the correct UK time automatically, including clock changes in
summer and winter.
- No
need to second guess whether you finished that course at 2pm or 3pm.
Course PDFs – dates now accurate
- The
downloaded course PDF (your evidence portfolio) was showing the wrong
start date.
- This
has been corrected so it now reflects your actual learning activity.
Sessions – better control of booking spaces
- Uploading
sessions now checks that the number of learners doesn’t exceed available
spaces.
- When
booking onto sessions, you’ll also be prevented from selecting ones that
are already full.
- Clear
messages will guide you if something needs adjusting.
- Sessions
without a set limit will no longer be treated as “full” by mistake.
Click Shifts users
- We’ve
made some under the hood improvements to support Click Shifts users so
their compliance is automatically updated when they complete a course on
Click Learning.
Flourish Rewards – smoother setup
- New
users will be able to get signed in to Click Learning a little bit quicker
and with fewer problems as their Flourish Rewards profile will now be created
as a separate process.
- This
means users can get signed in to Click Learning quicker
- A
small change with a big impact on getting people started faster.
Reporting – new analytics dashboard
- A
new Analytics screen is now available within the system.
- It
shows a live dashboard of course completions over time and the most frequently
completed courses.
- Handy
filters allow you to pick a specific course or time period to help you drill
into the data and detect trends in your organisation’s learning activity.
- This
is just the beginning – more reports and useful insights will be added
over time to help managers track learning and compliance more easily.
Improvements to your day-to-day experience
Navigation – clearer layout
- The
sidebar has been reorganised with reports moved to a grouped reporting section.
- This
makes it easier to find what you need as the system continues to grow.
Assessments – clearer progress control
- Fixed
an edge case where the Start/Retake button was not behaving properly.
- Once
you’ve completed what’s required, it won’t let you re-enter unnecessarily.
- No
more confusion about whether you’ve finished or not.
Learner profile form – now fully usable
- The
profile form (the one that pops up on sign-in) has been improved:
- You
can now scroll properly, even on zoomed screens
- Buttons
are always visible
- Your
answers won’t disappear while filling it in
- You
can use Enter to move through the form
- This
removes a major blocker where some users couldn’t access the system at
all. A big win.
Dashboard view – simpler starting point
- When
you sign in, you’ll now land on the Learner dashboard by default.
- This
makes it easier for managers to quickly access and complete their own
training.
- You
can still switch to the Manager view at any time.
- It
should also reduce duplicate accounts being created by mistake.
Known issues
- No
known issues at the time of release. (We did look… promise.)
If you notice anything unusual or have feedback, keep it
coming. Every improvement helps make Click Learning work better for the people
who rely on it every day.
