Click Learning – What’s New

We’ve been busy behind the scenes making Click Learning smoother, clearer, and faster for everyone. This update brings helpful improvements to reporting, training records, and everyday tasks.

No bugs were harmed in the making of this update… but quite a few were removed.

What’s New and Improved

Training & Bookings

• Cleaner training records when importing bookings
  When you import training and choose “Update existing bookings”, any incomplete bookings for the same learner and topic are removed before the new one is added.
  This keeps records tidy and avoids confusion while keeping completed training safe.

Sessions

• Faster session clean-up
  Deleting sessions is now quicker, saving you time when managing records.

• No changes to completed sessions
  Once a session is finished, it can no longer be edited or signed off again.
  This protects important records from accidental changes.

Dashboard & Announcements

• New dynamic announcements
  Important messages can now be updated instantly on the login dashboard.
  No need to wait for a system update – you’ll always see the latest information.

• Fix for ClickShift users
  The product page now displays correctly.

Courses & Tags

• Better control for multi-bundle accounts
  When adding courses to tags, you can now choose the correct bundle – helping keep things organised.

• Duplicate course issue resolved
  Courses will no longer appear multiple times when added to tags.

Refresher Training

• Refresher settings now behave correctly
  If a refresher is set to “None”, it will now remove the due date and become optional.
  This gives you more accurate control over training requirements.

Training Matrix

• Total learner count added
  You can now quickly see how many learners are included in your matrix at a glance, given the topics selected.
  No more manual counting needed.

Reporting Improvements

• Accurate learning progress
  Progress will no longer go above 100% (as impressive as that sounded).

• Correct compliance percentages
  Reports now reflect accurate compliance figures, so you can trust what you see.

Courses & Feedback

• Smoother course completion
  Courses will now correctly mark as complete after feedback is submitted.

Topics & Groups

• Manage Topics now loads correctly
  No more getting stuck when trying to access this screen.

• Group creation message fixed
  You can now create groups with parent groups without seeing confusing error messages.

Bulk Uploads

• Updated session import template
  The template has been simplified to match current requirements, making uploads easier.

Account Management

• Linked account structure (Parent & Child)
  Accounts can now be connected, helping organisations manage multiple services more efficiently.

Click Pulse

• Updated guidance tooltip
  Information has been refreshed to make it clearer and more helpful.

Flourish Features

Sidebar Announcements

• Live updates in the sidebar
  Announcements can now be updated instantly without needing a system release.
  This keeps everyone informed with the latest updates and guidance.

Announcement Authoring Tools

• Preview before you publish
  Approved users can now create and test announcements before they go live.
  Think of it as a “try before you share”.

Known Issues

• No known issues at this time. Everything should be running smoothly.

Rollback Plan

If anything unexpected happens, the system can be safely rolled back to the previous version.
