Oliver McGowan Training - Handbook
Due to popular request we have added a very short section to the Oliver McGowan Training to allow learners to download the essential handbook to accompany the Tier 1 eLearning.
Why are you adding the handbook to the training?
The guidance from NHS England is recommends the handbook should be incorporated as a partner resource to the Tier 1 eLearning.

Will staff who have already completed their Tier 1 eLearning need to do this new section?
No, their certificate has already been issued. However, they will be able to open their completed course to download the handbook if needed, but this is not a requirement.
Will this make the Tier 1 eLearning take longer?
No, it only takes a minute or two to access the new section with learning where they can download the handbook.
Who marks and signs off the handbook?
This will need to be arranged by the employer as part of their in-house assessment of the learners competence. Flourish Learning cannot review or mark learner entries into the handbook.
Can Flourish Learning deliver other elements of the Oliver McGowan Training?
