Updates coming soon...  (watch this space - we will update as soon as we have a release date) 

We are getting ready to release our next round of updates and bugfixes.  This release focusses on smaller glitches and bugs, however our development team are working on some much bigger updates which we will let you know more about as soon as we can.

Licence counts

The licence counts are now clearly visible on the manager dashboard, previously you had to add a course to a learner to be able to check them.  Any learner who has a course allocated to them will be counted as using a licence.  Simply adding a profile on to the system will not use up a licence until they have a course allocated to them.

 

Activity report

We have removed the sort function from the last active column.  This was causing the report to freeze and crash in some cases.  Don't worry though - you can still click on the other column headings to sort them alphabetically or by number.

 

Learner report

Sorting by profile type will no longer show multiple rows for the same person

Filtering for "system admins" will no longer show a blank page

 Retake counts

Thank you to our eagle eyed customer who spotted that the retake counts were displaying different values on the activity report and learner results pages. This has now been corrected and both display the same correct value.

One final little update… our marketing department have finally got their way and we have made a minor update to the Click Learning logo and copyright statement in the bottom left of the system menu.
