Accessibility Tool Bar now has a new home.

The handy green accessibility toolbar icon has moved to the left hand menu.  We realised a lot of people didn't know it existed because it was hiding alone and lonely in the top bar.

Compliance Report link

The "Compliance report" quick link on the manager dashboard now correctly takes you to the new Compliance report by Group.  You can still use the activity report to create exception reports, just filter by "course" and "overdue" to see a list of learners requiring gentle encouragement to complete their courses.

Planned learning tab

Due to very popular demand we have retired the planned learning tab section of the learner dashboard.  It was causing a lot of confusion as learners repeatedly completed the same course even though the course wasn't due for a year or more.  The Due now tab will continue to show courses which are due to be completed within the next 12 weeks

Download all certificates

We have corrected an annoying glitch with the download all certificates button.  It will now download the correct certificates for the learner. We highly recommend this feature as each download automatically names the file with the learners name, course title and date of completion.

Activity Report -Manager dashboard

As the system has grown some customers have experienced challenges with exporting data from the activity report.  We have changed the process so the export now runs in the background and sends an email when the file is ready to download.  No more waiting and watching the swirling icon, just hit the export to csv and carry on working whilst your report is generated.

In addition to front end changes we have also fixed a few bugs in our administration portal which will support our customer care and content development teams as they use the system to support you.

As always we welcome your feedback so do get in touch if there is anything we can do to enhance your experience when using Click Learning.
