System updates & known issues - 25/07/25

System issue updates 15/07/2025
We are working on the issues with learner courses sign off challenges and locked courses.
We are aware of and working to address learner courses that have been affected by the signed off issues. This requires a multi part fix:
1) Correct the sign off logic so any new courses are correctly signed off - complete and hotfix applied
2) Reset courses which are stuck at 100% but have not been signed off - in progress (aim to be completed by 16/07/25)
3) Reset Courses which have been signed of at <80% - a fix was applied but further work is in progress as we have identified more courses that need to be reset. This will be after part 2 has been successfully implemented.
4) Reset Courses which have been signed off at >=80% - no fix scheduled as the industry standard pass mark is 80% and we are satisfied a certificate can be issued if they have reached 80% or more.

✅ Fixes & Enhancements
- Manager Profile Navigation
When viewing a learner's course, the breadcrumb navigation now correctly redirects you when clicking on the link. - Care Certificate Observation Icons
The original observation icons are now reinstated as requested. - Course Sign-Off Fix
We've corrected a rare issue where managers couldn’t manually sign off a course if the learner hadn't already started it. - Bulk Session Sign-Off
Managers can now successfully sign off multiple learners at once from a session. This should save time and clicks!
🔍 Known Issues (Under Active Investigation)
We're aware of and actively working on the following:
- Progress Showing 100% Too Early
In some cases, course progress may reach 100% before a learner has completed all outcomes, which can incorrectly lock the assessment. - Care Certificate Final Sign-Off
Some managers are unable to sign off the Care Certificate even when all observations are complete and progress reads 100%. We're investigating and will update as soon as a fix is re

Bug Fixes
- Restored capability to select a past date when adding sessions to learners
- When editing a session, time now saves properly and venue/Url change happens appropriately
- When Deleting sessions in activity reports we have added a Loader on the button to show that process is in progress. (Legacy issue about session being slow not resolved in this release)
- Added a small scroll bar on the left menu for customer in smaller screens who struggle to find menu items hidden.
- Added Course name wrapping in Add courses page
Marketing Improvement
- Added Flourish rewards sign posting on the login page.
