Missing Bookings for Refresher courses

We have added course refresher bookings which were not added when learners completed courses during the first 2 weeks following the system release.

Completed courses that had not moved to the completed section

Any learner with a completed course (with a certificate) that was stuck in the Due Now section, has now been fully signed off and moved to the Completed Courses section of the dashboard.

100% completed assessments issue

The team have reviewed and corrected any learner courses where the assessment was showing as 100% completed but the trigger to update the results page and generate the certificate was not working. 

Course Version Control

When course updates are released the content team now have enhanced options to manage versions control.  This will help to ensure that learners are always on the correct version of the courses and no longer get stuck on old or out of date versions of the content.

Content updates

The content team are working through the courses to provide an updated user experience when resuming or retaking assessments.  Once updated learners will no longer be able to restart an assessment and their progress will automatically resume from where the left the assessment previously.

Results page updates

The logic to update the results page when a learner exits their assessment has been updated.  Learner progress will now always build on any existing answers that have been logged and the system will not delete previous attempts if a new version of the assessment is attempted.

Course updates

Please continue to report any issues you may experience with course assessments not tracking correctly.  The team have corrected all issues which have been logged and are now proactively working through all courses to check them.  With over 400 courses to check this will take some time and we are prioritising our most popular courses or any new issues that are logged by customers.  Our developers have also created a bespoke error logging system to check for any new instances of this issue so we can proactively resolve them.

Email validation

Any of our wonderful customers with an apostrophe in their email address will be able to use the Forgot Password, Add Learner and Secondary email address fields.

Training Matrix scrolling

There is now a visible scroll bar to allow laptop users to easily select and scroll vertically and horizontally on the training matrix.

Help Centre

You can now close the help centre using the "X" in the top right of the widget.

Training Matrix Optimisation

The code running the matrix has been optimised to provide enhancements for customers with large numbers of learners and course allocations.

Sessions filtering

Learner sessions will now correctly display for Learners who have their profile linked to more than one account.

Missing Certificates

The team have tracked down some missing certificates and restored them to learner profiles.
