Accessibility and language settings

Using the accessibility and language toolbar in Click Learning

Summary:
This article explains how to open and use the accessibility toolbar in Click Learning.


Steps:
  1. Turn off any ad blockers in your browser. This helps all accessibility features work correctly.

  2. Sign in to Click Learning.

  3. Select the accessibility toggle in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.

  4. The accessibility toolbar will appear at the top of the screen.

  5. Select the cog icon if you want to change settings such as Autoplay or Tooltip on hover.



Play Audio


• Back – Go to the previous paragraph.
• Play – Read the text out loud.
• Forward – Move to the next paragraph.

Text Options


• Decrease – Make the text smaller.
• Font – Change the style of the text.
• Increase – Make the text larger.

Colour, Ruler & Screen Mask


• Colour – Change background, text and link colours.
• Ruler – Turn on a reading ruler.
• Screen – Use a letterbox view to focus on part of the page.

  Dictionary, Translation & Magnifier



• Dictionary – Highlight a word to see its meaning.
• Language – Translate the text into another language.
• Magnifier – Click and drag to enlarge text on screen.

Plain Text Mode, Margins & Audio Download


• Text Mode – Remove images and show text only.
• Margins – Change the width of the text column.
• Download Audio – Highlight text and download it as an audio file.

Settings


• Settings – Change your Recite toolbar preferences.
• Reset – Restore the default settings.
• User Guide – View an overview of the Recite Me toolbar.

Tips or Common Issues:

• If a feature does not work, check that your ad blocker is turned off.
• Try adjusting text size and colours if you find the default layout hard to read.
• Select Reset at any time to return to the original settings.
