Sign in to Click Learning with an authenticator
How do I sign in to Flourish with my username and password if my company has enabled Multi-Factor Authentication
For users signing in with
existing Flourish product credentials who have MFA enabled:
- Open the Flourish login page.
- Enter your email address and password, then select Sign in.
- Set up MFA using an authenticator app.
- Install an authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is successfully enabled for the account.
- Enter the security code generated by the authenticator app and sign in to access the Product Dashboard.
- Select the available product.
- For subsequent logins, only the security code from the authenticator app is required in addition to the email and password.
