Title:
How to download your certificates on an Apple device

Summary:
This article explains how to download and save your Click Learning certificates using an iPhone or iPad.

Steps:

Open the Settings app on your device.

Scroll down and select Safari.

Under the General section, find Block Pop-ups.

If it is switched on (green), turn it off.

Check where Safari saves downloads. For example, it may be set to save files to iCloud Drive.

Open the Safari app and sign in to Click Learning.

If you are a manager, switch to your Learner Dashboard.

Open the left-side menu and go to My Certificates.

Select Download and choose Allow when the pop-up appears.

Once the certificate opens on your screen, select the Share/Save icon.

Scroll through the options and select where you want to save the certificate.

Choose Save to Files or another folder you prefer.

Select Save.

To find your saved file, open the Files app.

Select Browse, then choose the location where you saved your certificate.

Tips or Common Issues:

• Pop-ups must be allowed for certificates to download correctly.
• If you cannot find the file, check both iCloud Drive and On My iPhone folders.
• Make sure you are on your Learner Dashboard, as certificates cannot be downloaded from the manager view.
• If the download does not start, refresh the page and try again.
