Downloading certificates on Apple iPhones and iPads

To download your certificates from your Apple device please:

Go to your Phone's Settings menu:

Find the safari app:

Inside the settings scroll down and under general locate the Block Pop-ups option. If it is on (green) please switch it to off.

Also check where your downloads are being saved.  In this case it is set to save on the "iCloud Drive".

Go to the safari app and open Click - Learning

Once signed in please open the burger menu in the top left hand corner (please note if you are a manager you will need to be on your learner dashboard):

Go to your my certificates section:

Click download and allow on the pop up message that appears:

 

Once the certificate has loaded on your phone you will need to save it.  Click on the share/save icon.

Then scroll down the page and choose where to save the file. We are going to use "Save to Files" in this example:

Then click "Save".

To find your file open the files app on your phone

Then click on "Browse" and select the location where you chose to save your file.
