Can I add courses to all my learners at once?

If you are looking to bulk create course allocations for new learners then you may also be interested in Importing your learning plan or training matrix

Go to the learners page and select the learners you would like to add the courses to.  By ticking the little white boxes next to their names.



This will activate the actions button which has a drop down menu where you can select Add Courses.



Then select the courses you need the learners to complete.  Some top tips:
  1. Don't add all the courses as learners respond much better if they only need to complete a small number of courses at a time. Use the deselect all button to quickly remove all the courses if you only want to add one or two.
  2. Click on the date and use the  calendar window to set the target date you would like the learners to complete the course by.
  3. If you don't want to set a date you can click on the blue calendar icon to remove the date.
  4. Check the refresher period is correct. 


Then scroll the bottom of the window and click confirm.
You may see some orange alert messages.  These will appear if you have tried to add a course to a learner who already has the course. Click - Learning will not add the course a second time and will let you know who has been skipped.
