Checking which courses have been completed recently

Click allows you to check which courses have been completed in the last week/month or in specific time period. 

Sort the activity report
  1.  View the activity report
  2. Apply the filter [Signed Off] -> Yes
  3. Sort the table by clicking on the column heading for "COMPLETE" twice to view the most recently completed courses at the top of the list
View in excel
  1.  View the activity report
  2. Apply the filter [Signed Off] -> Yes
  3. Click export to csv and wait for it to download
  4. Open the downloaded file
  5. select row 1
  6. in the data tab click "Filter"
  7. expand the column L [signed off] so you can view the full date including time
  8. Use the filter for the Signed off Column to select the time range you wish to view completed courses for
