Checking which courses have been completed recently

This article explains how to view courses completed within a specific time period using the Activity Report.
Steps:
To sort completed courses on screen:
- Go to the Activity Report.
- Apply the filter Signed Off → Yes.
- Select the Complete column heading twice.
- The most recently completed courses will appear at the top of the list.
To view completed courses in Excel:
- Go to the Activity Report.
- Apply the filter Signed Off → Yes.
- Select Export to CSV and wait for the file to download.
- Open the downloaded file.
- Select row 1 and turn on filters using the Filter button in the Data tab.
- Expand column L (Signed Off) so the full date and time are visible.
- Use the filter options in column L to choose the time period you want to review.
Tips or Common Issues:
• If you cannot see the full date or time in Excel, widen the column.
• Make sure to filter by “Signed Off → Yes” to avoid including courses still in progress.
• Sorting by the Complete column helps you quickly see the newest results first.
• CSV files may open differently depending on your spreadsheet software.
