Setting course target dates / deadlines and refresher periods

Change course due dates for individual learners or in bulk
Summary:
This article shows you how to update course due dates for one learner or for several learners at the same time.
Steps:
Update an individual learner’s course due date

Go to the Activity Report and use the filters to find the learner and course you need.

Select “View” on the right-hand side to open that learner’s course settings.
3. Find “Target end date” near the top of the page and select the pink pen icon.
4. Choose a new date using the calendar, or delete the date if you want it to be optional.
5. Save your changes.
- Go to the Activity Report and set the filters to show the courses you want to update
- Tick the boxes next to the learners you want to update, then select “Update due date”.
3. Choose the new date using the calendar. If you type the date, use the format dd/mm/yyyy. Other formats will not work.
4. Check the date is correct, then select “Update
The changes will apply straight away
Tips or Common Issues:
• If you cannot see the “View” button, try widening your browser window.
• Make sure you enter the date using hyphens if typing manually.
• You can remove a due date by deleting it and saving.
