Setting course target dates / deadlines and refresher periods

1) Individual courses 

1) Use the activity report and the filters to narrow down your search 
 

2) Use the learners page and view the learner record. 
 

Once you can see the course click on view to see the course settings for that learnerDepending on your screen size the layout may look a little different. 
 

Find the "Target end date" or "and click on the little blue pen icon next to it. This can be found near the top of the page. 
 

Then either click on the date to change it using the calendar widget or simply delete the date to make it optional. 
 

Don't forget to save your changes. 

 

 

 

 
 

2) Bulk updates 

 

1) Go to the activity report and use the filters to show the courses you want to update. 
 

 

2) Select the courses you would like to update by using the empty boxes next to the learner’s name, click on "update due date” 
 

 
 

 

3) Select the date you would like to change to by using the handy calendar widgetIf you type in the date please use a hyphen in this format dd-mm-yyyyIf you use a slash or full stops the date won't be recognised. 
 

 
 

 

4) Check the date you have chosen and click "Update" 
 

 

This will update immediately. 


 

Default refresher period 

The default refresher period is set to 1 yearEach course can be configured separately so do get in touch if you would like to change one or more of the refresher periods for your courses. Send a list of the courses you would like to update to support@click-learning.co.uk and tell us the new refresher period you would like 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 3 years.
