This is to go through how to:
- Add evidence to a session
- Cross reference the evidence against the Care Certificate
- Check the Care Certificate to see where the evidence has been logged
1. Find the relevant learner via the "learners" tab on the left, view their profile and then view the relevant session.
2. Add evidence to explain what the observation was for - please see an example below.
3. You will then see the "cross reference" button appear and you will need to click on this.
4. Choose "care certificate" from the course list.
5. You can then look through the list of outcomes and tick the relevant ones to cross reference.
6. View the learners profile then view the care certificate and the standard. At the bottom of the page, you will see what outcomes have been cross referenced.
