How do I deactivate learners?
Title:
Deactivating a Learner Profile in Click Learning
Purpose:
To explain how to deactivate a learner profile so the learner cannot sign in, without deleting their account.
Scope:
This process applies to managers and administrators responsible for managing learner access in Click Learning.
Steps:

Open the manager dashboard.

Select the Learners tab from the menu on the left-hand side.

Locate the learners you need to deactivate and tick the boxes next to their names.

Open the drop-down menu and select the deactivate option.

Select confirm to complete the deactivation.

Check that the learners now appear as inactive.
Responsibilities:
Managers and administrators are responsible for identifying the appropriate learners and completing the deactivation process.
Notes:
Inactive profiles are highlighted in red.
Deactivated learners cannot sign in but their profiles remain stored in the system.
