How to reset your password

This article explains how to reset your Click Learning password and what to try if the new password is not accepted.


Steps:

  1. Select the Reset Password link.

  2. Enter the email address you use to sign in.




      3.  Open the email you receive and select the Sign in button inside it.



      4.  When the reset screen opens, enter a new password.

      5.  Enter the same password again to confirm it.


      6.  Select the button to continue.

      7.  Sign in with your new password.


If your new password is not accepted:

  1. Speak to your manager.

  2. They can reset your password manually for you.

Tips or Common Issues:

Try private or incognito browsing:

  1. Open your browser menu (usually three dots in the top-right).

  2. Choose Private or Incognito window.

  3. Try signing in again.

  4. This stops your device using old stored data.

Try a different device:

  1. Use a personal device that is not on your work network.

  2. A mobile phone on 4G or 5G often works well.

  3. This helps you check if the issue is with the device or your profile.


Clear the cache for Click Learning only:

Microsoft Edge – Site Data:

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Paste this into the address bar: edge://settings/siteData?searchSubpage=app.click-learning.co.uk

  3. Select the arrow next to click-learning.co.uk.

  4. Select the bin icon next to greymatterlearning.co.uk.

Microsoft Edge – Cookies:

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Paste this into the address bar: edge://settings/privacy/cookies/AllCookies?searchSubpage=click

  3. Select the arrow next to click-learning.co.uk.

  4. Select the bin icon to clear the cookies.

Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Paste this into the address bar: chrome://settings/content/siteDetails?site=https%3A%2F%2Fapp.click-learning.co.uk%2F

  3. Select Delete data.
