We updated Click Learning on Monday 23rd September. During the update we changed to a new URL. Unfortunately, this means that any passwords that you have saved on your device will no longer show when you try to sign in on the new URL.
For security reasons we are not able to look up your password or share this with you, however resetting your password is quick and easy. Just click on this link and enter the email address you use to sign in and we will send you a link to choose a new password.
Once you request an email simply click the sign in button inside:
Once you have clicked the button you should see a screen like this:
You simply need to enter a new minimum 8-character length password twice (just to make sure there are no accidental mistakes) and then you should be in.
If the system is not accepting your password, please speak to your manager who will be able to manually reset your password for you.
If you are still having problems logging into the new link, please see below some trouble shooting tips to support you.
Sign in using incognito or private browsing mode by selecting the 3 dots in the top right of the browser and selecting from the drop down.
This ensures the site is not using any local cache on the device but may still use a network cache if connected to a network
Sign in on a personal device that is not connected to your network. Eg mobile device on 4g / 5g
This will confirm if the issue is linked to the device or the user's profile.
Clear the cache for click-learning.co.uk only.
It is important to only clear for click-learning.co.uk only as we don't want to lose cached data for other sites you may be using.
