Steps:
Select the Reset Password link.
Enter the email address you use to sign in.
4. When the reset screen opens, enter a new password.
6. Select the button to continue.
7. Sign in with your new password.
If your new password is not accepted:
Speak to your manager.
They can reset your password manually for you.
Tips or Common Issues:
Try private or incognito browsing:
Open your browser menu (usually three dots in the top-right).
Choose Private or Incognito window.
Try signing in again.
This stops your device using old stored data.
Try a different device:
Use a personal device that is not on your work network.
A mobile phone on 4G or 5G often works well.
This helps you check if the issue is with the device or your profile.
Clear the cache for Click Learning only:

Open Edge.
Paste this into the address bar: edge://settings/siteData?searchSubpage=app.click-learning.co.uk
Select the arrow next to click-learning.co.uk.
Select the bin icon next to greymatterlearning.co.uk.
Microsoft Edge – Cookies:
Open Edge.
Paste this into the address bar: edge://settings/privacy/cookies/AllCookies?searchSubpage=click
Select the arrow next to click-learning.co.uk.
Select the bin icon to clear the cookies.
Google Chrome:
Open Chrome.
Paste this into the address bar: chrome://settings/content/siteDetails?site=https%3A%2F%2Fapp.click-learning.co.uk%2F
Select Delete data.
