I cannot see my courses
Summary:
This article explains why your courses may not appear on your dashboard and what you can do to fix it.
Steps:
1. If you have a manager profile, switch to your learner dashboard. You can only complete your own learning from the learner dashboard.
2. Look at the coloured boxes on your dashboard. These show how many courses you have. If they all show “0”, you have not been assigned any courses.
3. Ask your manager to add the correct courses to your profile. Only your manager can assign courses, set due dates or add refresher periods.
4. Check the due date of any courses that have been assigned.
5. Courses only appear in the “Due Now” section when they are within 12 weeks (84 days) of their due date.
6. If your courses are due further in the future, ask your manager to bring the due date forward if you need to start them straight away.
Tips or Common Issues:
• Managers must assign courses before you can see or begin them.
• Switching to the learner dashboard is essential if you have a manager profile.
• Courses too far into the future will not show in the “Due Now” area.
