I got a server error or something went wrong message

Report a technical problem in Click Learning


Summary:
This article explains what to do if something goes wrong in Click Learning and how to report it to the support team.


Steps:

  1. Try using a different web browser (for example, Chrome, Edge or Firefox).

  2. If possible, try using a different device (for example, another computer, tablet or phone).

  3. If the problem still happens, take a screenshot of your full screen, including any error message.

  4. Note what you were doing just before the problem occurred (for example, which page you were on and what you clicked).

  5. Send an email to
    support@click-learning.co.uk

  6. In your email, describe the issue in as much detail as you can and include any error message text.

  7. Attach the screenshot to your email.

  8. Send the email so our service desk can investigate.

• The more detail you provide, the easier it is for us to find the cause of the problem.
• Always include the exact wording of any error message if you can.
• Let us know which browser and device you were using when the issue occurred.
