My registration link has expired

 How to reset your password and get a new registration link

You can reset your account and choose a new password by entering your email address here: https://app.click-learning.co.uk/reset-password

Steps:

  1. Go to the password reset page on the Click Learning website.

  2. Enter the email address linked to your Click Learning account.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to choose a new password.

  4. Use the link within 60 minutes, as it expires after this time.

  5. Create your new password. Remember that your password is case sensitive.

If you do not receive the email:

  1. Check your junk or spam folder.

  2. Add Support@click-learning.co.uk to your address book.

  3. Try the password reset process again.

If you still do not receive the email, contact our service desk at Support@click-learning.co.uk for help.


Tips or Common Issues:

• Make sure you type your email address correctly, with no spaces before or after it.
• If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, your manager or administrator may need to update it for you.
• The reset link will not work after 60 minutes, so request a new one if needed.
