Steps:

Ask the learner to complete the course assessment before proceeding with manual sign-off. This helps confirm their current knowledge and creates additional evidence for regulatory purposes.

Open the learner’s profile or the activity report and select the course you need to sign off.

Follow the standard course sign-off process.

When adding evidence, record a clear explanation of why you are signing off the course based on the learner’s previous certificate.

Select the appropriate evidence type and complete the add and sign off action.

Continue signing off all remaining outcomes until the course is fully completed.

Allow the system to generate the certificate once all sections have been signed off.
