My staff member already has a certificate, can I sign them off in Click - Learning as well?
Yes - just follow the instructions for signing off a course and explain why you are signing off the course when you add and sign-off your evidence.
Before you do this though - we strongly recommend you ask the learner to complete the course assessment. It's a great way to test their knowledge and generate evidence for the regulators that you have done your own checks as well as reviewing their previous certificate.
