Title:
Signing Off a Course Using a Previous Certificate in Click Learning

Purpose:
To explain how to sign off a course based on a learner’s previous certificate and ensure appropriate evidence is recorded.

Scope:
This process applies to managers and assessors responsible for signing off learner courses in Click Learning.

Steps:
  1. Confirm with the learner that they have already completed this course and have retained the knowledge before proceeding with manual sign-off. This helps confirm their current knowledge and creates additional evidence for regulatory purposes.

  2. Open the learner’s profile or the activity report and select the course you need to sign off.

  3. Follow the standard course sign-off process.

  4. When adding evidence, record a clear explanation of why you are signing off the course based on the learner’s previous certificate.

  5. Select the appropriate evidence type and complete the add and sign off action.

  6. Continue signing off all remaining outcomes until the course is fully completed.

  7. Allow the system to generate the certificate once all sections have been signed off.

Responsibilities:
Managers and assessors are responsible for reviewing the learner’s previous certification, confirming current knowledge through assessment, and recording accurate evidence before signing off the course.

Notes:
Confirming the previous completion of this course assessment before manual sign-off is strongly recommended to support internal and regulatory requirements.
