The Oliver McGowan Course Is Not showing As Complete(PC)

Once you have completed the Oliver McGowan course you will see either of the following:

 


Click "continue" and you will be loaded into the course.

In the top left hand corner you will see:



Please click the right hand button which will then load the following screen:



Click "yes" and the course will exit back to either:




The reason for this is because this page has been open behind the Oliver McGowan course and is still showing the old data.
Please refresh the page (pull down from the top and release on mobile or CTRL+R on Windows PC)

The course will then show:



Please check that the certificate has generated in your my certificates section of the learner dashboard. If it has not please contact support@click-learning.co.uk
