The Oliver McGowan Course Is Not showing As Complete(PC)

What to do after completing the Oliver McGowan course

Summary:
This article explains what you will see when you finish the Oliver McGowan course and how to return to your updated course page.


Steps:

      1.  When you reach the end of the Oliver McGowan course, you will see a message telling you the course is complete.



      2.  Select “Continue” to move forward.

      3.  At the top left of the screen, you will see two buttons.




      4.  Select the button on the right.



      5.  A message will appear asking if you want to exit the course.

      6.  Select “Yes”.



      7.  You will return to a page that may still show old information. This happens because the page was open in the background while you completed the course.

      8.  Refresh the page.
            • On a mobile device, pull down from the top and release.
            • On a Windows PC, press CTRL + R.

      8.  The page will reload and show your updated course status.


Tips or Common Issues:
If the page does not update after refreshing, close the tab or app, reopen it, and sign in again.

Please check that the certificate has generated in your my certificates section of the learner dashboard. If it has not please contact support@click-learning.co.uk
