How do I change someone's password or email address?

This article explains how a manager can update a learner’s password, email address, or other profile details.


Steps:


      1.  Ask the learner to try the Reset Password link first, as this is usually the quickest way to regain access.

      2.  If the learner cannot reset their password or cannot access their email, you can make changes for them if you have manager access.

      3.  Sign in to Click Learning.

     4.  Select the Learners tab on the left menu.

     5.  Select View and use the filters to find the learner you want to update.

      6.  Open the learner’s profile.

      7.  Select the Edit profile button at the top of the page.

      8.  To change the password, type a new password into both password boxes.

      9.  Select Save. Tell the learner the new password, as the system does not send this automatically.

     10.  To change the email address, type the new address into the email field and save your changes.

     11.  You can also update profile type and group from the same screen.

Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure the same password is entered in both boxes.
