The Oliver McGowan Course Is Not Showing Complete(Mobile)

This article explains what you will see when you finish the Oliver McGowan course and how to return to your updated course page and download your certificate.


Steps:
      1.  When you reach the end of the Oliver McGowan course, you will see a message showing that the course is complete.

      2.  Select “Continue learning” to move forward.

      3.  If you have a pop-up blocker, you may need to select “Launch course” in each window to continue.

      4.  At the top of the screen, you will see two buttons.

      5.  Select the button on the right.

 

 

      6.  A message will appear asking if you want to exit the course.

 
     7.  Select “Yes”.
      8.  You will return to a page that may still show old information. This happens because it was open behind the course.

 
     9.  Refresh the page.

            • On a mobile device, pull down from the top and release.
            • On a computer or browser, select the refresh icon to the right of the web address.

      10.  The page will reload and show the updated course status.

      11.  Once the page updates, your certificate will be ready to download from the “My Certificates” section of your dashboard.


Tips or Common Issues:
• If the page still shows old information after refreshing, close the tab, reopen Click Learning, and sign in again.
• Make sure your browser allows pop-ups so the course can open correctly.
