The Oliver McGowan Course Is Not Showing Complete(Mobile)
Once you have completed The Oliver McGowan course
you will see either of the following:
Click continue learning and you will be loaded into
the course. Please note if you have a pop up blocker you may need to click the
launch course button that appears in every window.
At the top of
the screen you will see:
Please click the right hand button which will then
load the following screen:
Click yes and the course will exit back to:
The reason for this is because this page has been
open behind the Oliver McGowan course and is still showing the old data.
Please refresh the page (pull down from the top and
release on mobile or click the round refresh button on the bottom to the right
of the we address.
The course will then show:
The course is now complete and the certificate is ready to download from your My Certificates section of the dashboard.
