What is Leavers & Starters Automation?
As shown below we have a 4th option in the Settings menu:
What Does it do?
We often get asked if it is possible to link Click - Learning with an HR system or other platform. Usually this is very complex because it requires the developers of the HR system to update the code for their platform which they are either reluctant to do or have significant charges for.
As a result we have developed a "low code" option which uses our import learners spreadsheet to update your learners on a scheduled basis. By liaising with your HR system provider you can use their export function to create a spreadsheet of you leavers and starters. They may be able to produce this in the same format as our import template. If not, you can use a 3rd party service like Microsoft Azure or similar to create a mini application that processes the spreadsheet and then sends it securely to Click - Learning where it will be processed automatically.
