Title:
Selecting the Correct Care Certificate Course in Click Learning

Purpose:
To clarify which Care Certificate course learners should use and when the legacy version is appropriate.

Scope:
This process applies to managers, administrators, and learners selecting or assigning Care Certificate courses in Click Learning.

Steps:

  1. Confirm which Care Certificate course the learner should complete.

  2. Select the Care Certificate Interview course for all new learners. This is the updated and correct fast-track version designed specifically for Click Learning.

  3. Use the Care Certificate Summary course only for learners who previously worked on the legacy version on the old system and had their progress transferred to Click Learning.

  4. Check the learner’s course history before assigning the legacy course to ensure it is required.

  5. Contact the Support Team at
Support@click-learning.co.uk if you are unsure which version should be used.

Responsibilities:
Managers and administrators are responsible for assigning the correct course version. Learners are responsible for completing the course assigned to them. The Support Team is responsible for providing clarification when required.

Notes:
The Care Certificate Summary course should not be used for new learners.
The Care Certificate Interview course is the recommended and current version for all new enrolments.
