Where is my eLearning progress saved?

Title:
How Learning works in Click Learning

Summary:
This article explains why Learning resets each time you sign in and how your progress is still tracked on the course page.

Steps:

      1.  Remember that Click Learning keeps your learning progress saved in the system!

      2.  This allows you to access the Learning at any time, even after completing a course.

      3.  Go to the course page to see your Learning Outcomes.

      4.  Notice that the icons appear grey and show “Question Not Answered”.

      5.  This is because the main goal in Click Learning is to complete the Assessment.

      6.  Use the Learning whenever you need to – before, after or during the Assessment.

      7.  Check your Evidence Portfolio on the course page to see your Learning activity.

    8.  Each time you view Learning for an Outcome, it is recorded as part of your evidence.

     9.  You can open the Learning for any Outcome without completing previous Outcomes.

Tips or Common Issues:
Learning can be viewed as many times as needed. This helps you revise and prepare for the outcomes you still need to achieve.
