Why won't Click mark my answers as correct?
If you are struggling to pass the assessment, then Click - Learning has a handy three-step process you should follow. Don't just keep repeating the assessment; instead, take a minute to work out why your answers were not marked as correct and do the learning if you need to.
Step 1
Check your progress using the icons for each outcomes.
Step 2
If any outcomes require action, click - learning on the grey box with a white plus sign to expand the outcome, and check your answers compared to the correct answers. You must match the bold circles.
Step 3
If you are still not sure why you got the question wrong, then click on the View Learning link underneath the answers. This is a handy shortcut to go straight to the learning for this outcome.
The learning will help you work out what the correct answer is. You may be directed to check your local policies, procedures or to ask your manager as each organisation will do things differently to meet the needs of their service. For example:
- Where is the medication cabinet,
- How you can contact the on-call manager
If you are still not sure or believe that Click - Learning is wrong, please discuss your answers with your manager so they can support you.
When you are ready, re-take the assessment to complete the course.
Top Tip - sometimes not selecting an answer is the right thing to do!
In this case, the learner correctly did not select the first answer. You must match the bold circles.
