How to pass an assessment in Click Learning

Summary:
This article explains what to do if you are struggling to pass an assessment and how to check where you went wrong.

Steps:

      2.  Look at your progress for each outcome using the icons shown on the screen.
      3.  If an outcome needs action, select the arrow to expand it.
      4.  Compare your answers with the correct answers shown. You must match the bold squares.

      5.  If you still do not understand why a question was marked wrong, take a screenshot and email it to Support@click-learning.co.uk for help.
      6.  Review the learning materials again. These will guide you towards the correct answers.
      7.  Some questions may direct you to check your organisation’s local policies or ask your manager. Each service may do things differently

For example:
  1. Where the medication cabinet is kept.
  2. How to contact the on-call manager.
      8.  If you still feel unsure, or believe the answer in Click Learning may be incorrect, speak to your manager so they can support you.

      9.  When you are ready, retake the assessment to complete the course.

Tips or Common Issues:

• Sometimes the correct action is not selecting any answer at all.
• Make sure you read each question slowly and carefully.
• Use the learning materials to fill any gaps in knowledge before trying again.
• Your manager can help if the question relates to your workplace procedures.
