Set up your account so users can Login with Microsoft (For MS admins)


Step 1: Initiate Microsoft Login

  1. Open any Flourish product link or bookmark
  2. You’re redirected to the Flourish login page
  3. Select Continue with Microsoft
  4. Sign in using your work Microsoft account
  5. You’ll land on the Flourish Product Dashboard
  6. Select your available product

If your organisation has not authorised Flourish, you will see a message such as:

“Ask your administrator to approve this app.”

Proceed with the steps below.

Step 2: Capture the Admin Approval Message

When the approval message appears:

  • Note the Application name (e.g., APP X)
  • Copy the Request ID and Tenant ID (if displayed)
  • Take a screenshot of the message (recommended)

Step 3: Contact Your Microsoft 365 / IT Administrator

Send the following information to your organisation’s Microsoft administrator:

  • Application name: APP X
  • Publisher: [Your Company Name]
  • Purpose: Required to sign in to Flourish using Microsoft SSO
  • Requested permissions: Basic profile and email access
  • Request ID / Screenshot: From Step 2

Step 4: Administrator Approves the Application

The administrator can approve the application using one of the following methods:

 

Option A: Approve During Sign-In

  • Administrator signs in to Flourish using Sign in with Microsoft
  • When prompted, selects “Consent on behalf of your organization”
  • Clicks Accept

Option B: Approve via Microsoft Entra Admin Centre

  • Sign in to the Microsoft Entra Admin Centre
  • Navigate to Enterprise Applications
  • Select Admin consent requests or consent and permissions
  • Locate and approve APP X
