Flourish Single Sign-On (SSO) & Product Dashboard
What’s changing and what it means for you
1. Overview
Flourish is introducing a new Single Sign-On (SSO) login experience to simplify, secure, and standardise access to your Flourish products.
With this update:
You’ll sign in once using a single Flourish login page
You’ll arrive at a Product Dashboard where all Flourish products are visible
You can access your entitled products from one central place
This change brings together:
Click Learning
Click Shifts
Flourish Rewards
Flourish Wellbeing
into a single, unified access experience.
2. What’s Changing?
Previously
Click Learning and Click Shifts each had their own login pages
Users often bookmark different product URLs
Multiple login journeys depending on the product
Now
All login attempts route through one Flourish authentication page
After login, users land on the Flourish Product Dashboard
Product access is clearly shown and managed in one place
3. Secure & Seamless Login (SSO)
Flourish now supports Single Sign-On using industry-standard OAuth authentication, powered by Amazon Cognito.
Supported login methods:
For organisations using Microsoft or Google:
Users sign in with their existing work credentials
No additional passwords are required
Login is seamless and familiar
4. What Happens to Existing Bookmarks & URLs?
Your existing bookmarks will remain functional.
However, the login behaviour will change slightly.
If you have bookmarked:
A Click Learning URL
A Click Shifts URL
Here’s what will happen:
You’ll be redirected to the new Flourish login page
You’ll sign in using Microsoft, Google, or your Flourish credentials
You’ll be taken to the Flourish Product Dashboard
From the dashboard, you can select the product you want to access
This ensures:
A consistent and secure login experience
Proper access checks before entering a product
No broken links or lost bookmarks
Even if you start from a Click Learning or Click Shifts link, all authentication is now handled centrally.
5. The Flourish Product Dashboard
After signing in, you’ll see the Flourish Product Dashboard, your central hub for all Flourish platforms.
What you’ll see:
This gives full visibility of what’s available to you, without needing separate logins or URLs.
6. Product Access & Eligibility
Product access is checked automatically when you sign in.
Access depends on your organisation’s subscription and your user role
No manual setup is required
Free products (such as Flourish Rewards and Wellbeing) are included where applicable
If you don’t have access to a product, it will still be visible but clearly marked as unavailable.

9. What Do You Need to Do?
Continue using your usual links or bookmarks
Sign in via the new Flourish login page when prompted
Select your product from the Product Dashboard
No reconfiguration or new bookmarks are required.
