Steps:
1. Go to app.click-learning.co.uk/login.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. When prompted, check your email for your verification code.
4. The code is sent to both your primary email address and your recovery email address.
5. Enter the code on the login page.
6. Select “Verify code” to finish signing in.
Tips or Common Issues:
• MFA codes can only be used once and apply to the specific login attempt. If your code does not work, delete all previous codes, then try signing in again to receive a fresh code.
• You can sign in with your work email address and receive the MFA code at your personal email address if it is set as your recovery email.
• Make sure your recovery email address is set up correctly if you want to use it.
