I messed up my assessment and want to start again
There is no need to start again - even if you got a low score.
Most courses are set with "
Smart Assessment" which will allow you retake the assessment and improve your score very quickly.
If your course is set with "
Manager Sign-Off" then you will need to add evidence to each outcome which requires development. Your manager can then go through this with you and Sign-Off your course when they are satisfied you meet the required standard.
