How do I download certificates
Instructions for Learners
If you are a Learner on Click - Learning then click on the "My Certificates" in the menu and you will see all of your available certificates.
Once you can see the certificate select download and follow the instructions. These vary depending on the device, browser and security settings you have enabled. Once the certificate has been saved you will be able to find it in the folder you chose to save it in. This is usually the downloads folder.

Instructions for Managers
To download certificates for your staff you have two options:
1. Bulk download
- Find and view the learners profile on the learners page.
- Then click on "Download all Certificates".
- You will receive a notification once the button has been pressed letting you know that you will receive an email with a link to download the certificates.
- Check your email and click the link to "Download now!"
- The download may take a while if there are a lot of certificates to process. Be patient and leave the tab open while it process the download.
- Check your downloads folder for the zip file containing the certificates.
2. Individual download
find and view the learners course on either the activity report or learner profile. Then Click on the Download button for the certificate
