March 2022 - System updates

The following updates have been made to Click - Learning. You may need to refresh the page by pressing ctrl + shift + r at the same time in order to see these updates.
- Update the results page with clearer icons to show which answers were selected and which answers should have been selected.
- Fixed an annoying glitch causing the results page to flicker when hovering over icons which displayed tooltips.
- Added the ability to cross reference evidence added to sessions with the observable outcomes in Click - Learning courses. You can now add one piece of evidence and link to all 49 observable outcomes of the Care Certificate in one go.
- Database and server optimisations to keep Click - Learning running smoothly as we continue to see growth of course completions by 5-10% per week
- Update the copyright statement to show 2022
- Resolved an issue on the training matrix. When editing the start date the calendar widget should now correctly appear on the page.
