Course layout updates - September 2023

Due to popular demand we are updating the course pages to:
  1. Make it easier to see which outcomes you have completed learning for
  2. Make it easier to complete learning you have missed
  3. Enable the system to ask multiple questions or no questions for an outcome
  4. Display a percentage progress on the results page for the learning and assessment
