Signing in with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enabled
How do I sign in to Flourish with my username and password if my company has enabled Multi-Factor Authentication
For users signing in with
existing Flourish product credentials who have MFA enabled:
Open the Flourish login page.
Enter your email address and password, then select Sign
in.
Set up MFA using an authenticator app.
Install an authenticator app and scan the QR code
displayed on the screen.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is successfully
enabled for the account.
Enter the security code generated by the
authenticator app and sign in to access the Product Dashboard.
Select the available product.
For subsequent logins, only the security code from
the authenticator app is required in addition to the email and password.
