Make sure you understand that Click Learning content is protected by intellectual property rights and cannot be used once your account is closed.
Ensure all active learner profiles complete their learning and assessments before the closure date.
Export any data you want to keep before your account closes.
Use the Help Centre articles to download certificates, export evidence and view the Training Matrix.
Remember that deleted profiles will not appear in your exports, so do not delete any profiles before exporting.
Contact us straight away if you think you may need an extension.
Your Click Learning account will be deactivated.
All learner profiles linked to the account will also be deactivated.
You will no longer be able to access any learning or assessment content.
Data deletion:
You do not need to delete profiles before your account closes.
Your data will be stored securely in line with current legislation.
Data will be permanently deleted after the retention period.
This allows you and Click Learning to validate certificates and access required information for HR or regulatory purposes during this period.
