This article shows you how to add a recovery email address to your Click Learning account.
Steps:
- Sign in to Click Learning.
- Select your name in the top-right corner.
- Select “My profile”.
4. Select “Edit profile”.
5. Scroll to the box labelled “Secondary email (Recovery email)”.
6. Type your preferred recovery email address.
7. Select “Save changes”.
8. Check your profile page to confirm that the recovery email address is now listed.
We strongly recommend adding a recovery email address to your account on Click Learning. Once you have a recovery email address you can use it to:
- Sign-in using the same password as your primary email
- Reset your password
- Receive MFA codes if your account has Multi Factor Authentication enabled
- Contact Click Learning Support at any time with either address and we will know who you are
Note: Your recovery email address is only used to support you to gain access to Click Learning and will not be shared or used for Marketing purposes.
Tips or Common Issues:
- If you see a message saying that the email address is already registered, choose a different email address or contact the Click Learning Support team.
- You can remove your recovery email address at any time. Follow the same steps, delete the email address from the box, and save the changes
