What is Click Pulse and why am I being asked these questions?
Click Pulse is an employee engagement survey.
When you complete your first assessment of the day on Click Learning you will now be prompted to answer a quick question from the Click Pulse survey. You can also start the survey directly from your dashboard.
Why are we asking these questions
These short survey questions help build a clearer picture of what it’s really like to work in care and children’s services. By listening to staff voices across the sector, we can:
Highlight what’s working well
Identify areas where staff may need more support
Help organisations better understand and respond to workforce needs
Your voice matters — and your responses are completely confidential
We understand you may feel cautious about sharing your views. Please be reassured that your survey responses are completely confidential.
Your individual answers will not be shared with your employer, manager, or colleagues
No one at your organisation can see how you personally respond
Results are only ever combined with others and reported as anonymous, grouped data
Reports are carefully designed so that no individual can be identified
This means you can answer honestly and openly, without worrying that your responses could be used in a negative or punitive way.
How this benefits you and your workplace
When staff take part, it helps create:
Your organisation also receives anonymous benchmarking insights, meaning they can compare trends (not individual responses) with others across the sector.
Working with trusted partners
This approach has been developed with input from The Care Workers’ Charity, helping ensure it reflects the real needs and wellbeing of care workers.
Our goal
Our aim is simple:
👉 to support and improve working conditions across the sector by listening to real experiences and turning them into meaningful change.
