Title:
How to request data deletion from Click Learning

Summary:
This article explains who can request data deletion on Click Learning and how to make the request correctly.

Steps:
  1. Understand that, by law, anyone can ask for their personal data to be removed from an organisation’s records.

  2. Contact the organisation that acts as the Data Controller. Click Learning cannot approve data deletion requests from individual users.

  3. Remember that the Data Controller is the person or organisation that holds the Click Learning subscription. They are responsible for all data added to the system.

  4. If you are an employee who wants your data deleted, you must contact your employer or system administrator.

  5. If you are the contract holder (often a business owner or system admin), you can request data deletion directly through Click Learning.

  6. Before deleting data, make sure you understand the impact. After deletion, we cannot validate certificates or past activity.

  7. If you are the contract holder, select “Add Ticket” on the Click Learning support page and send a request to cancel your account and delete your data.

  8. If you are an employee or general user, make your request formally to your manager or system administrator.

Tips or Common Issues:
• Some organisations may have rules requiring staff to complete mandatory training. They may not allow deletion if the data is needed for employment or regulatory purposes.
• Check your organisation’s policy before making a request.
