I can't sign in

I cannot sign in to Click Learning

This article explains what to do if you are having trouble signing in to Click Learning.


Steps:
  1. Check that you are using the correct email address.
    • Use the email you registered with or the one your manager used to create your account.

  2. Look in your junk or spam folder for your welcome email or password reset email.

  3. If you need a new password, use the “Reset Password” link on the login page.

  4. Enter your email address and a reset link will be sent to you.

  5. Remember that your password is case sensitive.

  6. The reset link expires after 60 minutes, so use it as soon as you receive it.

  7. If you cannot find the email, check your junk or spam folder again.

• If you do not receive a reset email, check that your email address is typed correctly.
• Ask your manager to confirm that your account is active in Click Learning.
