Steps:

  1. Check the email address you are entering.
    Make sure it is not already linked to another profile on your account.

  2. Do not use shared or group email addresses.
    Avoid emails such as carers@carehome or info@carehome. Every learner must have their own unique email address.

  3. Use a personal email address if needed.
    If the learner does not have a work email, you can use their personal email address instead.

  4. Ask the learner if they already use Click Learning with another organisation.
    Their email address may already be registered elsewhere in the system.

  5. If you are sure nobody on your account is using that email address, contact
    support@click-learning.co.uk

Tips or Common Issues:
• The system will not allow two profiles to share the same email address.
• Always double-check spelling, as a small mistake can cause the error.
