It says the email address is already taken
This happens when you edit an existing learner's profile and try and give them an email address which is already linked to another profile.
- Do not use group emails like carers@carehome or info@carehome Each learner needs their own email address and you can use a personal email if they don't have a work one.
- If you are using a personal email then do a search in the learners page to check if the learner has a duplicate account.
- Ask the learner if they are already set up and using Click - Learning with another organisation.
If you still can't find the profile which is using the email address then contact the service desk who can help further.
